Yes. All appointments listed on Lately are offered at a discounted rate. You save, and local businesses fill open spots. It's a win-win.

Lately focuses on  today and tomorrow  only. New next-day appointments populate nightly, so availability is always fresh and last-minute.

What types of appointments are offered?

Everything from blowouts, facials, massages, waxing, nails, botox and more. The selection changes daily based on last-minute availability.

Is tipping included?

Tipping is optional and should be handled directly with your provider at the appointment.

How does the Lately loyalty program work?

Accepted Answer

Every time you book through Lately, you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Once you hit 500 points, you'll automatically receive a $50 reward that you can apply to any future booking. Reward codes are valid for 60 days from the date they're issued, so make sure to use yours before it expires.

Your points will be deposited after your appointment is complete. If you cancel the booking, you will not receive any points.

How does payment work?

When you book on Lately, you'll enter a credit card simply to reserve your appointment. We will place a temporary authorization in the amount of the service on your credit card.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your appointment by logging in with the email used at checkout and visiting My Bookings. More than 2 hours before the appointment:  Free cancellation! Within 2 hours of the appointment:  20% late-cancel fee. Because Lately is last-minute by nature, appointments booked within 2 hours of the start time are automatically within the late-cancel window.

What happens if I'm late or don't show up?

You have a 10-minute grace period after your appointment start time. If you're running late, please give your provider a call to let them know. After 10 minutes, the appointment may be considered a no-show. No-show fee:  100% of the service price.

If a provider needs to cancel your appointment, you will not be charged.

We know booking last-minute can feel too good to be true. That's why every appointment booked on Lately is backed by our   Booking Promise . If your appointment isn't honored, is canceled unexpectedly, or doesn't go as planned due to an issue with the booking, we'll step in and make it right. Our team will help resolve the issue or ensure you're not charged unfairly. We promise.

How do Botox or per-unit services work?

Some services, like Botox, are priced per unit. For these appointments: A  $50 deposit  is charged at booking. The remaining balance is charged  after your appointment , based on the number of units received. This policy applies only to per-unit services and is listed clearly at booking. Please note that your deposit is final and non-refundable.
